Hook & loop allows you to swiftly and simply adjust the vest’s closure. It locks together with just a press of the fabric, and only opens with forceful pulling
Breakaway
A breakaway vest easily and safely breaks away if the vest becomes caught on equipment. It breaks away at the front, the right and left shoulder, and the right and left sides.

How to Find Your Vest Size
J. J. Keller understands that sizing and selection is important. J. J. Keller® SAFEGEAR® PPE offers a wide selection of sizes from Small to 5XL so all workers' needs are met. In order to get the best fit, please follow the guidelines below. Do not assume that the size you normally purchase is the correct sizes for these jackets. Since the vest will likely be worn over other clothing, measure your workers' chest while they are wearing that other clothing and add at least an inch.

ANSI/ISEA EXPLAINED
Certified high-visibility vests are required to adhere to garment design requirements established by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA) under ANSI/ISEA 107‑2020.
Certified vests are categorized by type and performance class. The three certified types of vests are Type O, R, and P. Type O is for off-roadway work, Type R is for roadway work, and Type P is used for public safety workers. Certified performance classes are based on the amount of visible retroreflective materials and design attributes incorporated into the final configuration.

Class 2 vests offer increased visibility (over Class 1), providing more definition of the worker’s form, and are rated for working around vehicles and equipment with speeds up to 50 mph. Type R vests are for roadway work, construction, and nighttime operations.

Class 3 vests provide the most visibility, allowing workers to be seen in complex work environments. Suitable for roadway work, construction, and nighttime operations, they are rated for work around vehicles and equipment at speeds over 50 mph.
